| How can I use a discount code/coupon? | |
| Once you enter your product quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button, you will be directed to our "Shopping Cart" page. On this page you will be able to enter any available Coupon or Discount Code by clicking the down arrow under "Use Coupon Code". NOTE: After typing your coupon/discount code, you must click the "Apply Coupon" button to activate such discount. |

| To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may 1. Use the navigation menus on the top, left & right of our website. 2. Type your machine model or a keyword into our "Search" box. If you experience any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance. | |
| How do I navigate the site? | |
| To navigate on our website, simply click on a category of your interest. Categories are located on the top, left, right & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into our "Quick Find" search box to quickly find a specific product.
