| Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site and then select "Login". Once you are logged in, you will be able to see all your available edit options. | |
| How much do I have to pay for shipping? | |
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please review our Shipping Information page to learn more about our shipping. | |
| I forgot my password. | |
| Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then under the Returning Customer login box, underneath the password area you'll see a link that says "Forgotten Password" Click on it. It will open another screen that will prompt you to enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address, click the "Send Password" button. The system will automatically email you a new temporary password that you can change once you log in. | |

| When will my order ship out? | |
| Orders normally ship within 24 hours after been received during regular business days excluding weekends or holidays. You may also click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and select Login, then under My Orders, click the link "View your order history" to display the status of your order. Once your order ships, our system will automatically email you the tracking information. | |
