|Do I need to pay sales taxes?|
|You only have to pay sales taxes if you live in California. If you reside outside California no sales taxes will be added to your order.|
|I'm not sure if I was charged correctly.|
|Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then select Login and under Returning Customer enter your email and password to access your account, once logged in, under My Orders click on the link "View your order history" to review your orders and the total charged. Select the order you wish to review by clicking the orange button on the right side. Compare the order total from our website with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.|
|How Can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?|
|Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Then select Login and under Returning Customer enter your email and password to access your account, under My Orders click on the "View your order history" link, select the order you wish to print the invoice by clicking on the orange button on the right side.|
|When will my refund appear on my account?|
|Refund for returned products may take 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your item(s), as inspection of the products will need to be performed. Once the refund has been processed, a notification email will be send to you.|
|When will my credit card be charged?|
Your credit card will be charged immediately after you complete the order process.
NOTE: The charge on your credit card will appear from " Bolton Tools, Inc."
